Apologies for the delay, fans. But it was worth it (from my perspective at least), because I now have the Game Stuff page up! It contains an article on ghouls and what they might turn into. Anybody who plays Dungeons and Dragons(tm) should check it out. In other news, I'm going to be away from home over Saturday and Sunday attending another wedding, so I'll rely on AutoKeen to keep the site in shape. But keep those emails coming! I have at least, oh, three fans I know of, and the logs say there are MORE. I know you're out there. TALK TO ME!!! HISTORY Peasants toiled naked in Mediterranean fields until the 1800s. However, I took the historical liberty of giving Lorenzo a pair of trousers. Scythes and sickles are not usually thought of as being part of the medieval arsenal. Nevertheless, militia and lower-class military units were often equipped with military scythes. (I have drawn this scythe without the traditional handles; its wielder is somewhat unconventional.) ART That's really as much of Lorenzo's face as you'll ever see. Oh, and forgive the trousers. I really feel guilty about them, in as much as they're there. GAME Lorenzo was the first character created in the campaign, but chronologically he started later. And this was the first time we used Third Edition. I said, "Goblin raiders attack your farm." He won the initiative roll, and then experienced his only streak of good luck so far. He rolled a natural 20 and, using his Cleave feat, struck both goblins for lethal damage. We were flabbergasted. (Come on, how long has it been since you've heard THAT word?) |
